Along the way, he has had the privilege of learning under outstanding chefs and hospitality leaders, while remaining a dedicated self-taught student of the craft.

 

Today, Chef Roscoe combines refined technique with bold, soulful flavors inspired by American, Caribbean, and Italian cuisine.
